Czwartek: Z początkiem dnia nie mieliśmy pewności, czy polecimy. Po niebie snuło się tochę chmur o podstawie 700m, a w dodatku wiał południowy wiatr. Chwilę później ustawili nas jednak na kierunku północnym tylko po to, by po niecałej godzinie znów zmienić decyzję i kazać ciągnąć szybowce na drugą stronę lotniska. Przestawianie gridu spowodowało nieco zamieszania i stratę czasu. W dodatku, ze względu na wysokie przeszkody na wyjściu po południowej stronie lotniska, najpierw na końcu lotniska ustawione zostały cluby, a standardy czekały z boku pasa i zostały wstawione na grid dopiero po starcie clubów. Niezły cyrk :)

W kierunku trasy pogoda wyglądała najgorzej ze wszystkich. Było tam ciemno i w niektórych miejscach padał już deszcz. Na dodatek poranne prognozy zapowiadały pogorszenie warunków. Cluby w związku z tym podjęły decyzję, jak się zdawało całkiem słuszną, by odjeść na trasę zaraz po otwarciu zegara. Po przecięciu linii deszczu wlecieli w dopiero na nowo tworzące się warunki, ale już na powrocie udało im się łapać nawet 3m/s noszenia. Niestety, jak się póniej okazało, ci którzy trochę dłużej wyczekali, mieli silne noszenia cały czas, a i tak zdążyli wrócić nim zdecydowanie zaczęło padać. W standardach sytuacja była łatwiejsza - trasa podobna, tylko czas o godzinę późniejszy, więc nikt szczególnie długo nie czekał. Już na pierwszym boku można było znaleźć 3-4 metrowe noszenia, również w połowie trasy należało przeciąć opad. Podobnie na dolocie wielka chmura nad Terni dawała silny opad deszczu, który na szczęście nie odciął dolotu do lotniska.

Wieczorem część ekipy wybrała się na spacer do Rieti i ocaliła malutkiego kociaka, którego jacyś ludzie wyrzucili z samochodu. Kotek okazał się niezłym rozrabiaką i stał się ulubieńcem całej ekipy i nie tylko. Na razie nie wiadomo jeszcze z kim wróci do domu :)
